Yoga [schedule]
Your yoga practice is your individual experience with yoga as it develops over time. Body Investment Studio was designed with your practice in mind; to create a community in which you feel inspired to invest, grow and evolve in your personal practice. Anyone can start a yoga practice despite their flexibility or strength level. These things will develop over time. Through your practice you will learn to be patient with your mind, body and discover that you are capable of so much more then you ever imagined.

Pilates
