9:30am - Vinyasa Flow: Music & Movement with Gina (All Levels Class)
Music & Movement is an amazing Vinyasa practice incorporating a dynamic flow with breath and rhythm. Teacher Gina spent a large part of her life sharing the news of the day as a journalist. Not long after giving birth to her third son, she decided to choose a path that would allow her to bring more grace to her family life. What Gina knows is that yoga makes her happy, and that practicing yoga opens her heart to a world of joy. As a mother of 3 young boys, Gina also has a heart for her fellow moms and wants to help provide a little yogic balance to their hectic lives.
4:00pm - Mat Pilates & 5:00pm Vinyasa Yoga with Daidre (All Levels Class)
Mat Pilates is an ideal low-impact core strengthening class. The focus is on toning the abs, arms, and thighs. Daidre has been teaching & practicing Pilates & yoga for over a decade. She began practicing Pilates 10 years ago after an accident left her with a neck injury. She found that Pilates was a wonderful implementation into her life, because she was able to stabilize her neck and strength her core while healing. With the help of Pilates Daidre was able to recover from her injury and become more active; she began practicing yoga in addition to Pilates and fell in love with Vinyasa Yoga. She is a Certified Yoga & Pilates teacher, and off her mat she is a Registered Nurse.
