Mitchel Middle School - Healthy Lifestyle Event
Body Investment Studio (BIS) will be participating in the 1st annual Mitchell Middle School's Healthy Lifestyle event. It will take place November 5th from 5:30-8:00pm in the multipurpose room at the school. The event is being put on by the PTA to promote healthy choices to the schools families. BIS will have yoga demonstrations as well as our massage therapist on site.
